Enterprise software for healthcare
BCM Tech, a seasoned IT service provider in the Middle East, embarked on an ambitious project to revolutionize healthcare logistics in Saudi Arabia. The project's objective set by the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia was to replace an outdated, multi-system network with a cutting-edge Asset Performance Management System, uniting all healthcare assets across all government facilities nationwide under one digital roof. We partnered with BCM Tech to bring a user-centric approach to a traditional technology-first system.

Process
We began with an in-depth analysis of the software's vast potential user base. We meticulously mapped out the information architecture, tailoring it to cater to the needs of numerous users and stakeholders. Before we crafted an intuitive user interface, this groundwork was vital in shaping the wireframes – the software's skeleton.
