Ezpet is a pet care management app that helps you from adopting your pet from the nearest shelter to booking a vet’s appointment. The major features of the App are to adopt pets, e-commerce for pet products and services, veterinary booking, and access to the health database of your pet. The basic competitive analysis and user research were done by the client, and we were approached to manifest it into screens and develop the interface based on it.
Process
The E-commerce and Pet Health sections of the app have multiple subdivisions Like Food, Accessories, Toys, Vets, Supplements, etc. These take the users into the products in the category and give out details of the product.
Solution
The app is segregated from the beginning based on the user type, which is defined during sign-up and is prompted on login. The app then takes them to different screens based on the user requirement. Pet owners/ people looking for pets would have an option to look at different pets available for adoption, e-commerce, grooming options, services, and access to vets based on their preferences. The shelter owners would have the option to accept virtual calls from potential pet parents, manage their inventory and pets they are currently hosting, and access the e-commerce stores. Vets that access the app can manage their schedule, see the patient history and understand business statistics.
